Israeli troops demolish another Palestinian home in West Bank
The ugly face of the Israeli military occupation over millions of Palestinians.
JENIN, (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian-owned house today in the village of Taybeh, to the west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Khalid Jabarin, head of the Taybeh village council, told WAFA that an Israeli army force broke into the village and demolished the home of Mohammad Jabarin, a local Palestinian citizen, on the pretext of lacking an Israeli construction permit.
Israel uses the pretext of building without a permit to carry out demolitions of Palestinian-owned homes on a regular basis.
Israel rarely issues construction permits to Palestinians in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli control, forcing Palestinians to embark on construction without obtaining the necessary permit to meet their housing demands.
