Even if the Occupation stops the entry of the trucks, the civil society initiatives, which have no connection to the political frameworks, must be bolstered by additional civil elements, be active, maintain contact with international aid organisation and demand accountability from them. The alternative is terrible: the bandits will live and prosper, while the ordinary citizen, the weak, the sick, women and children will simply perish. We must also suppress the price gougers in the markets and block their sources them down so that they cannot continue to trade in war and hunger.
